    Cannot launch Final Fantasy XIV. Please register the promotion code.

    Tried to log in on PS5 this morning and received this error. I've tried restarting the PlayStation, resetting my internet settings, turned off the router and modem for over 5 minutes. On the app window it shows that I own the Endwalker collectors edition, but in the PlayStation store itself it does not. Additonally, I can see in my billing statement I'm being charged again for the collectors edition I already own.
