head desk. Please stop ding this. I am sick and tiered of the amount of Homophobia and Transphobia these threads bring. It's even worse because the Forum MOD doesn't uphold the same standards that are upheld in game.
As a Transgender Woman, I will have to fully disagree. Yes, I play Elezen, but I already know that the Majority of Trans women around the world who play this game, play Miqo'te and Au Ra. This I know due to being is several LGBTQAI+ Discord Groups.

You wouldn't get banned for this in-game, either. What you find phobias is the just standard view that people have. You are just not exposed to it because you're in a bubble. The forum's intended purpose is to burst those bubbles and have different communities converse with one another. So just because you do not like what one community has to say does not give you the right to have them banned. They aren't harming you, nor are they advocating for your removal either.head desk. Show them the same courtesy you would show your friends, take their concerns seriously and try to see them from their point of view. Maybe if you showed empathy, others would show it to you in kind.
A video game with a target market of 13 is not the place to discuss this. Twitter or the internet forum designed for more mature interactions would be a more appropriate option.

From the TOS:
■Harassment
"Harassment" is speech and/or behavior that inflicts deep emotional distress on another person. It is an extremely serious violation. Where Square Enix determines that harassment has occurred, a penalty equal to or higher than a "Temporary Service Account Suspension" may be imposed.
It is prohibited to do this anywhere an expression can be made, such as chat (including Quick Chat in PvP content, macros, and emotes), markers, comments, or titles. It is also a violation in cases where a player character name involves a term that could be considered harassment in any way. Additionally, when harassment involves a group of players, all corresponding players will be subject to penalties.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of behavior that could constitute harassment in Final Fantasy XIV:
・Discriminatory expressions based on race/nationality/thinking/gender/sexual orientation/gender identity
・Discriminatory expressions about a state/religion/occupation/organization, etc.
You cause deep emotional distress on me due to my gender identity. And I have reported it.
Honestly the whole "emotional distress" crap is why people don't like associating with certain groups. You're so fragile that people can't stand the idea of walking on egg shells in a normal conversation. My only Response to you.

What the fuck do Elezen have to do with trans people? My neck isn't that long.
I would encourage you to educate yourself by immersing yourself in LGBTQIA+ communities. We are very welcoming towards all who would seek to peacefully and respectfully understand us. Elezens are a queer symbol because of their elegance, fashion sense, and beauty.
This might be true. But for the Trans Gamer community, Catgirls, Fall Out New Vegas, Skirts that go spin, and shoes that go click clack are more important, in fact finding the perfect pair of programmer socks is almost a uniform.
