I don't just say that as an intuition, they had outright admitted to many of these things and in Discord would very blatantly post screenshots and videos of these cheats from their own in-game perspective to the groups they were in.

That being said, I put in multiple reports about this with evidence that couldn't be clearer as to what they were doing. Their own videos. Things that only their screen of perception could do, position hacking, botting, admissions of purchasing gil through third-party RMT sites, and almost everything that the could go onto the list of unfair play.

I submitted all of this evidence to the support desk yet months upon months have passed and this player is still actively playing with all of this. How is it that harassment reports are so easily accepted and resolved, but blatant cheating with irrefutable evidence goes unpunished?

    I truly don't understand.
Well, if you have actual proof, and actual links to their stream that SE can watch, then they would get banned, if they are actually in violation of the TOS. So there seems to be a disconnect between what you are saying and what is actually happening.

Does your proof include information such as Visible Character Name and Server? Has to be on their stream, that SE can access directly. You giving a screen shot of Discord isn't proof. Especially if their is no Character data visible. Example: Person admits to doing something illegal on Discord, say Murder, they don't use their legal name, or indicate where they live or where the crime took place, can the cops do anything? esp if the person in question is using a VPN, so even the Discord Data can't be used.

Evidence of wrong doing needs to be provable by Square Enix for them to take action, as they are very conscious of legalities in some places that forbid wrongful punishments. Unlike Blizzard Activision which has essential legal immunity thanks to its larger budget and bigger legal team, Square Enix is actually a fairly small company, and has a smaller legal department.
