FFXIV needs to stimulate community behaviour

MMO are supposed to have a massive amount of players online but they often don't mainly due to the fact that most MMO's lack community content. FFXIV for example has FC's but there is no FC content so people just join FC's for the buffs which makes your invested energy in them useless since every time people finish the new content they don't play anymore and wait for the next patch which makes the game feel dead at times. People shouldn't have to wait for content... they should stick around for the community but there is barely any to no community content. Therefor I suggest certain new functions:

    - FC battles (which means you can challenge other FC's to do pvp or mini games such as tripple traid or the minion battles). These battles should allow people to earn unique mounts, glams, etc.. (4vs4 or 8vs8, multiple matches can be set up with these amounts)

    - Upgrade the "hunt" system so you get a variety of quest type/choices to pick from. Where the leve quests are categorized in "level" tabs the quests here would be shown as "2 player quests" - "3" player quests and so on. You can only start these if you have the amount of people in your party. These quests could be having to track and hunt something down, locate items, solve a situation within time or diff... the reward here would be defined by the type of quest.

    - Add a challenge near or in towns more frequently. Now we get a holiday event once in a while or once a year a jumping competition. But its usually always the same. We need more variety that isn't fixed to a specific holiday/day. A few examples would be:
Tag - Everyone talks to an NPC and gets in a waiting line. While you are in this waiting line you cannot start a duty. The system will randomly choose a big area in one of the starting area's so every noob can join. You will get 5 minutes to head there before it starts, but you are suggested to "spread out" because once those 5 minutes end the system will randomly select 5% of everyone in the area to "not be tagged". Everyone else will need to tag them within a certain time. The longer they remain untagged they gain more reward, the faster you tag them the higher your reward.
Tagging = touching their model with yours. The system can send you to towns or area's based on its size which in turn gets decided by how many people are waiting in line.

Hide & Seek - Same idea, only the people chosen get a message in advance where they are told where to hide. Then 5 minutes later everyone else gets the memo of where to start looking (instantly starts then). If they can click on your model you are considered found. The longer you remain hidden the larger your reward and the faster you are found, the more the reward of the person that found you first.

During a game in progress you cannot leave the instance!
