Disadvantage for male characters

I don't think Mog Station matters too much when there is so much gear available within the game.

I play across multiple characters and all of them have things that suit them and things that look awful on them. Female characters might objectively have more outfits available to them, but I'm not sure that I like a larger amount of outfits on my female characters than male.

Even right now, ingame, G'raha is the only male character with a customized outfit - even Alphy is just wearing the sage job gear while Alisaie got a completely new set that will likely be in the store before christmas, so you can add that one up to the list.

I also thought about that. Alphi just got job gear and his sister a new design. So maybe we get 3 female npc-sets in a row. ^^"

I want to repeat that Ramza also just got generic cloth from the existing glamour, while they designed a new really nice outfit for Alma.
And why they made no male version of the Edda outfit? Wouldn't be impossible imo.

I don't know why they prefer designing female outfits so much. But it's obvious. And I hope they can hire somebody, who likes it and is good in designing interesting glamour for male characters. That would be awesome.

For what it's worth, Cid does have the unique goggles and Omega has earrings, although there are female outfits with similar bonus pieces. (I am mildly tempted to get Omega's outfit on at least one character just for the earrings, despite knowing the suit is a bit of a disaster.)

Also, Hien's outfit is unique. It has similar elements to the Woad sets, if that's what you're thinking of, but it isn't the same model.

*edit* I remembered neither of Alphy's outfits are genderlock, so....either substract 2 from the male list, or add 2 to the female list lol

The first "Alphinaud's outfit" is actually Alphinaud+Alisaie's original outfits together, varying by the gender of the wearer.

I do hope it's a sign that they're generally looking at unlocking NPC outfits for both genders. While the numbers again favour female characters, there is some cool stuff there like Lyse's first outfit and various gloves and boots.

Agree. I think they make a lot more gear feminine, and options for male characters are kinda lacking across the board. But then again, there are probably way more female PCs than male. Still annoying but they're catering to their base of kawaii catgirls and BNUUUY players so I'm not that mad

Is it only me, or do you guys also feel like, that male characters are a little bit in disadvantage in this game?

In my opionen the female sets often look more well designed. But what I mean today is..., that there is again new glam in the Mogshop and again it is just something new for the girls. Last time they gave us the Ryne set for girls. Now Lyse, and again, if you play a male character, there is nothing for you. Just can make a face like this, when looking in the shop ò.ó

The Korean streetwear is coming, so we have that to look forward to.
