1. Understand what it is
2. Don't throw it when you're doing something that is heavily guilty of it

Edit: To add, if this was Twitter, I'd give someone exactly 5 minutes before they said something pertaining to you being a Lala on Balmung and I'd absolutely drag them for it too.
