Did all you WoW people like take a time machine from 2008 when it was still relevant
At its peak, World of Warcraft had ten million active players. Though it has since been on a sharp and steady decline it has yet to truly 'die' and will likely continue to be relevant in some form. There's a lot that Square Enix could learn not only from the disaster that was FFXIV's 1.0 era but the rise and fall of WoW. I'm not convinced that they will, though.
