We either have

1) The B team effectively developing FFXIV

or

2) Only part of the developers attention. Probably less than half of it, most of the brainpower attempting to develop a brand new game.

Either scenario is really bad for FFXIV.

well if this is the work of the b team or only half their attention then their doing a damn fine job, can't even imagine what'd they'd do at 100%.
