Housing Idea Recommendation: Park/Garden/Nature Reserve Plot

Just a little idea I thought some people might enjoy with their housing plot. It would be cool if a player could choose 'not' to place a house on their plot of land but instead as a tradeoff designate their plot of land as a park or garden. Doing so would allow for say, double or triple the amount of outdoor housing items that plot would normally have. This would allow people to make things like wedding venues, gardens, parks and other outdoor events in exchange for not using the plot for a home and possibly removing some total item strain on the servers additionally.

The low outdoor item limits aren't due to strain on the game server.

They're due to the strain on player clients. Increase the total number of items across an entire ward and some clients will have a very hard time loading (some already do with the current limits).

That's part of why many would prefer a better instanced housing system than apartments that would include outdoor areas. If you wanted to use all your item limit creating a park or other outdoor venue you could without it being impacted by items that other players have placed in their own housing.
