Petglamour Commands Not Working

Steps:
1. I type in /petglamour “Carbuncle” “Ruby Carbuncle” command into chat.
2. After entering the command nothing happens.
3. I do not see statements in chat saying the command cannot be done or has worked.
4. I re-summon my Carbuncle but it is still the same.
5. I then try to glam the other egi’s into Ruby Carbuncle but all of them still stay the same.
6. Command looks like so /petglamour “Ifrit-Egi” “Ruby Carbuncle”.
7. I then look through my completed quest log and see I have completed “An Egi by Any Other Name”.

Is the command not /egiglamour? Unless it's changed very recently, I've been using /egiglamour for ages to change the appearances myself.

Edit: Well, the lodestone article does list /petglamour as an alias, so I dunno. Try /egiglamour and/or /egiglam instead and see what happens. Beyond that I have no idea.

Hi Breakbeat, and thank you for your reply.

After posting, I tested out all the possible combinations to change my Carbuncle into Ruby Carbuncle (/petglamour, /egiglam, /egiglamour commands). None of which worked. I still got a sound effect with nothing in my chatbox to show if they went through.

After reading your response, this got me thinking that maybe it has something to do with the onscreen keyboard. So I found my physical keyboard and tested the /petglamour command which still did not work. I then tried out the /egiglamour command and lo and behold I finally see a message in my chatbox that my Carbuncle will now appear as a Ruby Carbuncle. I didn't test the /egiglam command, but I would assume it would work if the /egiglamour command does.
