Housing, and maps. Hell, carpenter is basically THE furnishing and housing class.
Specifically as a weaver most of the rare materials come from treasure maps, not from housing - actually, I think that only jute and glacenuts that have been in the game for ages and are not that rare/expensive anymore as they sued to be (at least on my server) are of any use to weaver and even then only for a few minions.

When it comes to furniture: It might sell for quite a bit, but because housing is so limited, you have a rather small customer base. I'm not saying that you cant make money through housing, but if I were to give anyone money making advice, I would certainly not recommend furniture and/or relying on random drops.

On top of that: while the new minions and similar things from voyages sell for a lot during the first week or two, the prices usually drop a lot after that. I'm stuffing our FC-chest with meerkats and silver dashers right now, because they dont even seem worth selling (and we're focussing on getting everyone in the FC one before we make money out of them anyways).
I'd say of all the markets the "rare drop one" is one thats most unstable - specially since we dont get frequent updates to voyages. So you might be able to make some side-gil for a month or so and after that you might really wonder if sending the vessels out again is still worth it. I know the big numbers look tempting, but in the long run, crafting gear (even leveling gear!) is probably much more stable.

...and yeah, make sure not to lump housing and treasure maps together - while both involve lots of luck to get the rare drops, maps are actually available to everyone.
