Another Instance Housing Request Thread

All MMO's other than this one that had housing it was all instant housing and worked very well.

There are plenty of people that care about their neighbors, and I have plenty of friends that have put in a lot of work being in the same ward as other people they play with. That being said, you could create an instanced ward system for those players who want to live together to pool together and buy their own ward.
