Yes. There needs more threads like these to be up in this forum to make sure that the devs are aware that people had been asking this for 9 years and will not stop until they raise their white flags and focus on paying for the instance housing servers.

creating multiple threads just dilutes the topic that you want addressed by the devs. the way they take note of things is by having a singular mega-thread with either the initial post or a post near the top that gets tons of likes. you're going about this the wrong way.

All MMO's other than this one that had housing it was all instant housing and worked very well.

There are plenty of people that care about their neighbors, and I have plenty of friends that have put in a lot of work being in the same ward as other people they play with. That being said, you could create an instanced ward system for those players who want to live together to pool together and buy their own ward.
