The biggest problem is the silence, its been a while since they announced and we got nothing, no word on it, we have no idea how it works and it scares me that they know this is happening while IS being a thing.

I agree. 6.1 is a disaster so far. . . so we can only hope 6.2 or w/e when they're coming up with these housing bandaids patches actually benefits us and fixes some of our housing issues. . .

I don't think some of you paid much attention to the announcements or the live letters. . . also you're only thinking of your OWN servers and not how other servers are doing with these FC wards.

They legit said they were gonna eventually add 10 extra wards to each district soon. Most likely these will all be personals so your complaints will soon be answered! On top of that, you'll soon get an island that's going to be better than private houses soon. . . So 10 extra wards and an island for you private house owners. Seriously the whining for private plots is just redundant and all you need to do is be patient for more to be added and help with that.
As for FC houses. . .
Other big servers like Balmung are actually pretty crowded and full of FCs. So servers like that need those large amounts of FC wards and surprisingly they are STILL not enough.
You may ask "Why don't those people just transfer to another server then!?"

Personally, I think they should scrap this whole housing thing and redo it. Do we really need neighbors? Can we all just have our own ward with NPC neighbors instead? Maybe owning your own ward for FC members to have their own private house in? Make it a FC village? Cause all this competing for something that's SUPER limited that people are gonna REALLY crave and want is just going to keep adding issues and complaints. These sort of complaints are never gonna go away if they are limited and have to strongly compete for it.

It sucks because this actually might be one of my reasons for quitting the game if I end up deciding to do so. I really want to relocate and live in a certain spot in this game but a digital house is not worth this kind of stress. . .

But it's also peoples choice which server they go onto to, obv Balmung is popular as heck as we both know why. It's known across ALL DC's for it. I'm on Excalibur myself, I think the most popular server on Primal, I didn't know at the time when i joined, I only joined it cause of friends I played with at the time had characters on it.

Personally I think FC's are trash and trying to push people into one is trash. Most FC's ive been in, have their own little groups and people get excluded from things, the only good thing that comes from an FC is the buffs. that's it.

I could just get a private house but then my bidding results will become worse. I legit seen HUNDREDS of bids on a small personal while a FC house with a medium(and even lost to) had only 14 bids.

The airship/submarines to make gil, the owners of FCs don't share that LMAO.

I've talked with people today, who in their FC wards, there is medium plots still with 0 entries.. MEDIUM FC WARD PLOTS WITH 0 ENTRIES. That is part of the problem, there is more of a personal player base and people wanting personal houses, than there is FC's and the need for FC's. If anything, FC's should of gotten wards 19-24, and personal 1-18, and I guarantee, there wouldn't be any open plots in wards 1-18. because the want/need for a personal house is in greater demand than a FC house. It's why people in FCs, even FC owners, go buy their own personal plot as well, to have their own, personal bit of space.

I have to agree with Jojoya on this. Such information, should it be real, would have been a PHENOMINAL pick-me-up to all of us wanting to own houses. Yet this is the first time I have ever heard of such an announcement. This information should have already been spread far and wide, were it to be true.
