Support desk is obviously not working

Support desk really does not work

Eureka pyros bots are still running rampart and making billions of GIL per week for RMT after 5 months of reporting them.

You gotta pull this shit on jp servers before they care
Only thing non-JP gms can handle is naughty words.

    Well, use logic.

Clearly they know about the bots, right? You yourself have told them.

So, thing is, they don't deem whatever it is you've reported to be that huge of an issue. They may be an issue in your personal world, causing you to feel very frustrated and upset, resulting in your assumption that the support desk doesn't work ... but the people that have the datas say otherwise.

Players that do care about these Eureka Pyros bots: 46
SE's decision: Work on something else today.

It's far more logical to realize that they have the reports, and will act on them when they see fit. Your responsibility ends at the report. This isn't a neighborhood watch, unfortunately, and you don't organize posses to go after the criminals, nor do you picket the local PD to demand "justice."

This is a video game. A video game, i'll add, where your one and only responsibility is to report cheaters, and then move on. Actually, even that really isn't true, as none of us are under any obligation to report cheating or any other violations we see.

    A) Just because you see crime, even constant crime, doesn't mean the authorities are kickin' it playing Candy Crush instead of fighting crime. You have to visualize things beyond what you can see.
    B) The support desk works, obviously. As in, you put in a ticket, and you get a response. If the support desk "didn't work," there'd be thousands of posts about it, not just this one.

You may think bots in Eureka Pyros are the end-all, be-all of violations, but the people looking at the list of "things to do today" have far more important work to do. Just ignore the bots. They're not bothering you. Their "billions of gil" doesn't affect you. Report and move on, just as you would in real life.

Inb4: "You're a shill," etc. I don't work for any video game company; I just use my brain. And I don't let random "crime" that doesn't affect me drive me into a tizzy.

Square Enix prides itself on keeping old content relevant.

Eureka is not relevant when the instances are scaled 500-600% making solo play (Oceanic servers aren't super populated) completely impossible.

These bots are not only supplying large portions of the RMT blackmarket, they are also being a complete detriment to real players.

This is, and always will be, a major issue if players are unable to do content in the game due to bots/scripts/cheats blocking progression.

We don't get much content here, even Crystaline Conflict died ~2 weeks into 6.1.

The content we do have, we would like to be able to play.
