I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you here. As many of us are from XI, not saying your not, many career RDM's took time out of their normal shell routine to "solo" things that other wise would require anywhere from 6-12 people, myself included. Part of this makes you better at your job in parties. If you can handle the stress of performing and maintaining timers and routines for a considerably longer time then normal, with normally 0 mistakes, it only makes things that much easier when you have help, it allows you to handle the what ifs and things that don't go as planned much better. More over, doing this providing means to gain gil/gear at a muster higher rate then by any other means for certain people. Could sale joytoy's , sky pops, sea torques, etc and make more money for less work then be other mediums. I'm not sure if you keep up with Kanican(Kaeko's) livejournal but hes sorta redefining how to solo as it relates to XIV. He recently pulled off a Dodore solo and believe got 2 wing drops and depending on your server that could ultimately be worth in excess of 20M+ for a simple 45 minute fight. Thing of how much time you would have to spend crafting to swing that. So imho there will always be a place for solo'n when it comes to MMO's, its an artform when performd at its best.
@ the OP , you arent by chance Dravin from Reflect are you ??

LNC -
Invigorate - with all the stamina and other skills in your routine this is a nice way to boost your TP for those WS's. Also
Keen Flurry - dont know about you but I dont like missing in Battle Regimens, so more acc yes please. Could be the difference in a debuff landing.
CON - Roaming Soul - Good way to up your timer on Barbs, with affinity I believe you can stretch it out to 13 seconds. 19 If your on THM.
MRD - Maim, I believe if you can manage the TP gain this can be very useful in aiding in incaps as DD's are probably better off spamming their WS's when they can and stacking on your maim vs the other way around.
