The LB is instant cast DRG LB how is the damage useless? I have seen so many moments where SAM would kill multiple people if they sync it with other LB's but they always feel like they have to go for the Chiten+LB play. Also there are so many LB's/spells that SAM can freely turn into kills if they have LB up. For example jobs like GNB/SMN/SGE/DRG cannot press their LB without giving the opportunity for SAM to instantly retaliate with Chiten LB
