Cannot Access Prima Vista

I'm having issues accessing the Prima Vista for the quest "Dramatis Personae". When I talk to Lina Mewrilah to board the Prima Vista, the game either crashes or gets stuck in an infinite loading screen. I'm able to play the game by loading into a different world and bouncing back to mine, but I can't get onto the Prima Vista. I've never encountered this issue elsewhere

The only threads I've found with this issue specifically either don't have a resolution, or recommending deleting local files- which I did, but still got the following error message when trying to load into the Prima Vista:

Just got the exact same error while trying to do the Hildibrand quest "Of Wolves and Gentlemen", trying to talk to Gentle Dead Man. So confused as to what is going on!

Alright, I did a did an uninstall/reinstall. The Hildibrand quest went just fine, but the Prima Vista issue has gotten worse- now it crashes to desktop (with a warning flashing up, but it disappears before I can get a screenshot- it's in the same format as the image I posted, however). I would love to actually do the Ivalice raids, so I'll hang on for any guidance!

The game is continuing to crash at the most inopportune moments. Now I've got this issue where the game crashed while starting a duty, but when I tried to reload, it immediately crashed upon me trying to enter the game. It's also crashed in the middle of cutscenes, while just walking around an area, in the middle of combat... all the same or similar error.
