Pushing the request a little because I keep having moments where I almost or entirely miss I got raised by a heal LB3 because it came from a WHM and is barely noticeable compared to the others. (And then I don't do mechanics for a second and die again. xD ) Give them something fancy and noticeable, like the ones from AST and SGE.(Visibility of the Scholar LB3 depends a bit on what else is going on in regards of visual effects because it's rather short, but defintiely could be standing out more.)
Also, I love the concept for a new Summoner LB3 in the previous posts. Carbuncle power!

Personal wish would be a glamour system for LBs, from LB1 to LB3.
So on Samurai I could have some different versions of attacks for LB1 and LB2 where I use a katana, and then for LB3 I could have Hien's LB3 from Gymlit Dark.
All of these would just be glamour so function/damage is still the same, and could change just LB2 if I wanted to keep the old LB1 and LB3 versions.
Would let people customize how their LBs looks like.

It feels terribly wrong as a Dancer that suddenly my Limit Break 1/2 is with a crossbow of all things?!
Yes, it does warrant unique animations. We see the dpser limit breaks a LOT because we use them during dungeons.
I can see it working like this, or like a Final Smash from some characters eg MegaMan's (summoning all the MegaMan incarnations), Pokemon Trainer, etc. It'd be a way to have 'the missing summons', have a calamitous cacophany of elemental destruction as Ifrit/Titan/Garuda/Shiva/Levi/Ramuh all bombard the area, and then finish it all with probably Bahamut, but Alexander's big Z attack would work too (just have a laser that originates from a distant point, don't actually have Alex appear)
With how little Carbuncle actually does for our rotation now, I don't know if making it fully Carb-themed is the play. Unless they add, idk, Mage Tower challenges and reward 'variant skins of LB3' as rewards, that could be cool
