SHB Role Quest starter NPCs are all missing after Endwalker finished

I'll try to find them, but it's a bit strange all of the npcs are missing.

Agreed it's strange but that's why I referred you to the quest Journal. It will tell you if any/all part of the quest chains are considered already completed.
