    Also, for people that like to change to crafting classes between wins it is nice to be able to change back and reset your 15 min.

    There's hardly a cooldown after you're defeated from a primal, but if you did use your 15-min and need it for the next try, then you'd have to wait those 15 minutes if the leves weren't there to be used.
