I'm going to make it short: forget it :P
There is no reliable way for a filter to detect if you're talking about semen or basements, the whole idea of a chat filter is pretty pointless as there is always a way around it and you can't keep expanding it else it gets ridiculous.

I'm really happy SE gives us an option to turn it off, it's less hassle that way.

I am too, and it's actually easy to find.
