If you're taking that much damage, then you should be using Guard.
Yes, but my point still stands. And the fact that the enemy can use their damage mitigation actions, including guard, to reduce the damage sustained from Orogeny while the warrior takes the full damage of Orogeny's health cost is yet another reason why the action is really worthless. The warrior will take up to 12,600 damage no matter what, and the funny thing is, it bypasses the health shield from blood whetting and doesn't benefit from the healing effect.
Either increase the Warrior's shields and healing back to what they were, or just reduce the potency and the health cost on Orogeny.
Please change orogeny in the next patch. Reduce its health cost or something.
Still want a rework of orogeny...
I love orogeny cause with It i can destroy pots
Ugh... =*(
It's a bad design. I'd rather they reduce the damage and just remove the health cost. Maybe they intended the health cost to force us to use it in group scenarios or something, but it ends up being a button that feels bad to press and is bad to press most of the time... Just remove health cost from actions if you're not going to give Wars the sustain to make it work...
Hopefully 6.20 does something about orogeny and onslaught health cost. And maybe bump Warrior sustain a bit...
Still waiting on the change to orogeny and onslaught, and maybe a reversion of blood whetting nerf
Thank you for increasing blood whetting's healing.
I played a few games this morning and it felt so much better already.
I'll have to play some more and see, but my first impression is that war is fine now.
As long as there aren't any more significant potency buffs to other jobs, I think I can have some fun again as a warrior.
