there are too many people that want private SINGLE houses. the current set up will most likely NEVER be able to provide them with one.

What is probably the theory is that all these people that want housing should create FC's and SHARE housing. The more people that band together the more people that can obtain "housing" for themselves when FC housing is acquired.

BUT the intrinsically selfish nature of people dictates that "I am me and I want my own house and I want to own it alone so I have control" is what most people complain about when there is not enough "private" housing available.

This is probably what they thought, but it will backfire. It pushes people into doing solo FCs, so it is a little damaging to the community.
Anyway, there's absolutely no way all FC houses will be filled, so give it a few months(until 6.2, maybe?) and the pool of private houses will grow a bit. Too bad it will still be far from enough.
