Housing Lottery FC Relocation Error

4. Log onto alt character and can bid on an FC plot
5. Bid successful
6. Attempted again to bid on first character
7. Same error: "Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account."
8. Log onto another alt character and bid an FC plot
9. Bid successful
10. Attempted again to bid on first character
11. Same error: "Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account."
12. Log onto main character
13. Bid on a personal house
14. Bid successful

Seeing other posts here, it's clear as day that there is some sort of bug going on where it's thinking we're trying to BUY a house, this is relocation, the guidelines even state that even WITH a house, you can still relocate if you have that error, please fix this ASAP.

8. Relinquished personal house owned by Lucien Valentin. No property now owned on Chaos besides the FC house.
9. FC lead Sylbritt Muscadet attempts to bid on plot 41, ward 16, Lavender Beds, Cerberus.

For the past several housing expansions I have been unable to participate because I am not given the option to transfer.... I thought this got resolved. I have put in 3 tickets. No compensation, no fix... and I know for a fact it has cost us an FC house atleast twice. This time around I am furious.... but I will try again..

Housing: yes multiple attempts have been made over multiple housing releases, and noone can give me answers.... this isn't new....

time of most recent incidents: currently ongoing attempts being made with no luck but began my attempts: in game time: 7:00 am, local time : 12:30 pm Central.

3. Agree to terms box checked.

Error message received this time and every other time:
Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account.

FC has been in existence since 10/14/2019 I am the creator. Initial FC small was purchased somewhere around that time in the Mist a small plot by myself. The bug first occurred with release of patch 5.25 3/2/2020 when I first noticed this bug was a problem. I lost a large during that release time due to the bug. At that time I Attempted for 10 minutes to purchase a plot with the bug coming up the those 10 minutes before someone came and bought the plot out from under me. I have had an issue ever since. With the initial release of Empyreum, my husband and I attempted again, he was attempt 3 I would have been 3 but the bug came up and he would have been 4. The winning number for the lottery was 4... and the plot was never claimed. It should have been ours. Now I can not try again.... This is really getting old. Especially since nothing is being done to fix the issue nor to compensate for the CLEAR losses...
My account has been in existence since 03/2017. I own a personal plot Shirogane ward 14 plot 51. Our FC plot is Mist ward 9 plot 60. This character is the only character that owns housing. None of my alts have a house. I do not own an apartment.

The sad thing is, if they don't bother looking into this, the issue won't pop up untill another round of housing, there needs to be way more eyes on this since it's clearly a bug effecting a minority.

Pretty sure I tracked down the underlying issue, or at least one specific reason that triggers the error.

If *any* of your characters on a server originally purchased the plot of land for an FC (any FC) and is still in that FC, any alts on that server will be unable to place a bid for an FC house (only the character that originally purchased the plot for the FC plot will be able to do so).

I was able to confirm this with a few people I knew who were having the issue. If they had a character that had originally purchased the land for an FC, that character could place a bid, but no other characters on that server could. However, as soon as the character left that FC, all of the alts were suddenly able to place bids.

I doubt that's the way SE intended it to work, but that seemed to be the "fix" - a character who purchased land on behalf of an FC cannot belong to that FC, otherwise all alts are locked out from placing bids.
