Housing Lottery FC Relocation Error

■ Steps:
1. FC leader with house
2. click to relocate plot in Empyreum
3. Get this error: "Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account."
4. Log onto alt character and can bid on an FC plot
5. Bid successful
6. Attempted again to bid on first character
7. Same error: "Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account."
8. Log onto another alt character and bid an FC plot
9. Bid successful
10. Attempted again to bid on first character
11. Same error: "Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account."
12. Log onto main character
13. Bid on a personal house
14. Bid successful
15. Attempted again to bid on first character
16. Same error: "Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account."

Seeing other posts here, it's clear as day that there is some sort of bug going on where it's thinking we're trying to BUY a house, this is relocation, the guidelines even state that even WITH a house, you can still relocate if you have that error, please fix this ASAP.
