Housing Lottery FC Relocation Error

■ Steps:
- character with FC purchase/relinquish land privilages present in the FC longer than 30 days
- interact with a placard in an FC-only ward and select enter lottery and confirm lottery conditions
- error message is generated: "Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account."

This message was generated for each of these characters:
- FC leader (no private plot)
- alt with private plot
- alt without private plot

UPDATE:
I was able to place a bid using a character that had orignally purchased the currently owned FC plot.
All other characters on this service account & world that are FC members get the error message.
As far as I can tell most people that I know have not encountered this issue when using different characters to place bids for FC plots.

■ Steps:
1. Placed a bid when the lottery opened this morning (5/26/22 8AM PST) to relocate my Free Company from a Small to a Medium plot.
2. Logged onto another character to do the same, receive the error message: "Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account."
3. Logged onto a third character, who also received the error message.
-Another FC member was able to place two bids on two different characters.
-I traded two of my FC members my gil that I was going to use for my two bids and they were both able to bid as well. Only my account seems to be unable to bid for relocation anymore.
