With map layouts like frontlines I feel it would be a boon to have "command positions." Basically each match any player who applies for command will be randomly chosen unless they have already completed a match as a commander more than the others who have applied. Commanders can get certain bonuses upon victory such as Gear as well as achievements or second and last place being the same rewards everyone who participates gets. Commanders don't communicate with text just waymarkers and orders much like Crystal Conflict, though, with a "silence timer" if an order is spammed.

Commanders would view the battlefield as only a map with a raised camera level, seeing enemy players who are in view of their GC's players and base much like the map already operates. Commanders of each GC would have certain abilities with long CD's such as increase defense or damage buffs as well as counter debuffs. They would also have access to CC like skills that only effect or defend from other commanders.

GC's would also have the opportunity to disrupt commanders by attacking their designated objects that allow skill use and orders leaving a commander useless until a "repair" or "reinforce" timer completes. These objects would be relatively close to the main spawns. This would allow GC's who have no commander to even the odds if needed and add another strategic objective.

I think that would make for an entirely more enjoyable experience in game modes like Frontlines. (mainly Frontlines unless another mode is created)
