Cannot Enter Lottery for Relocation

This is not new news and has been known since they put information out on the lottery bids. You can only enter one lottery bid. So if you put a bid on a personal house, that's it. You cannot bid on another, including one for an FC house, until the next cycle. So, we are forced to pick one or the other.

I'm not saying I agree with it, just saying that's been the implementation of the system since it began and nothing there was to be "fixed".

You didn't pay attention at all to what was being said.
I was trying to bid on an FC plot to transfer/relocate our FC. It wouldn't allow me to do so on the character I was on, Solarra pointed out the only ones that can do the bids for relocation are the characters that have the personal housing. Said character is an alt in the FC I own, so I was able to flip to her and bid on the location we are trying to re-locate into.

What was said is that all alts on the account that are on the same world-server are not permitted to bid on anything if you have a personal house on any other character on that same world. I am not bidding for a personal house and FC, I was trying to *relocate* our FC plot.

I think you misunderstood. I am not trying to bid on two properties.

One of my characters has had a personal house on Cerberus for a couple of years. My Main is FC leader and the FC would like to relocate. The issue is that only the owner of the personal house can put in a bid. I have enough gil to put in more bids on my alts but the game will not let me place them.

That was why I said i would be prepared to relinquish the personal if I was sure that would enable my alts to place bids (although I'd probably be very lucky to get another personal, so I don't really want to go to that extreme as I'd have a good chance of ending up with nothing).

Edit: And just to clarify, I do have friends in the FC, it's not just a 'shell' FC for my alts. Trouble is, not all my friends are active right now.

I think Solarra if you have people in your FC that you trust with the gil you can have them bid on the plot for the FC for you? Since we're limited to only being able to do the bid on one character.
