    Black screen after game startup

    Just updated and I can log into the client but after i press play and it launches but it just stays as a black screen. my mouse does change to in game mouse, but if i press anything it switches to the loading mouse and it just closes.

    Is the PC connected directly to the router or WIFI? Additionally what have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?
