Graphic issue/Client shutdown

Since 1.22a my client as been real buggy. At first my game would freeze as Uldah was loading in so I restarted my client. After that it continued to freeze but I could still hear people running around and crafting. The next day I booted up, played for a few good hours, and everything was fun. I thought I was in the clear. Yesterday the client managed to boot regularly (still a little choppy) and this happened.

Now, my game crashes constantly saying that the Direct X has failed and FFXIV needs to close. I tried reinstalling Direct X, reinstalling drivers, activating TRIM on my SSD (thinking that might be the problem) but still no luck...does anyone have any other possible solutions I could try? Is anyone else, or has anyone else experienced similar issues?

Running an PNY Nvidia 460GT....Also, my GPU temp and usage are fine (afterburner) as well as my CPU temp

maybe the same problem the 600 serie has.
turn off your Depth of Field & Ambient Occlusion

and see how it goes then
