Calm down, sent your ticket and wait or get the Endsinger weapon its 5 levels lower and no one is gonna notice the difference, if you had a 600 weapon you must've cleared savage 3 anyway so it should be fine.

There is also hardly any interaction with SE on the forum so I'm not sure if this will help whatsoever and the horror stories of rollbacks i heard would make me stay far from away from it, but you do you.

My personal equipment could not be traded, sold, or desynth..it would have had to be discarded. As I only logged off Saturday night and logged back on sunday...not possible. Also...I have recordings of square enix tech support admitting they have known about the bug issue since then. Ask yourself why tech support can't fix technical issues, Gms only have automated responses, and there is a clause in their purchase stating absolutely no refunds or credits no matter what the circumstances. It is so when they do stuff like this they can't be held accountable. That is the shadiest part of this....what is the point of doing high end raids to get great gear when in an instant they can erase it and not be held accountable? Something that took weeks to get.

Customer service, certainly, not tech support. I don't know who you talked to but post the recordings or I'm calling falsities here.
