My conspiracy theory for Island Sanctuary

Its clearly gonna be instance housing like in FF11. Why would they make 75% of all housing wards only FC housing instead of just the firmament? Clearly They want to make Island Sanctuary personal housing while Housing wards are for FC and that 25% of wards for housing for those who want their house in a ward setting.


Now watch me be completely right or completely wrong whenever they bring out the content.

I have a feeling that the island sanctuary might be the new “housing” norm for anyone without boundaries for land/property purchase & instanced like apartments.

We still don’t have full details if that might be the case though I strongly suspect it may be given how 6.1 brought huge upheavals with housing ticket + lottery issues.

I believe they will still incorporate more wards over time, and the island may be the “new housing” except solo instanced.

Did they mentioned about bringing major patches every 2 months or was it 4 months?

It’s been awfully silent lately,

I can only hope they may be wrapping to announce what they included in anytime now & best not to be too optimistic while also appraise for new changes.

Yoshi P has already stated people are putting too many eggs into the Island Sanctuary basket. In all reality it is going to give people access to their own garden, expanding what we can grow, and possibly some functionality with minions.

My assumption is that maybe the reason FC santuaries are focused on is because they can house more players, including some occasional individualized interior housing that the FC housing can cover. Just a thought, although I'm never wrong. Kidding, i'm wrong a lot of the time, but hopefully not this time.

One free company house can provide far more housing [512 FC rooms per FC house] than a single personal house which only provides housing amenities for one person and 3 guests.

Just basing it on numbers alone, it is more efficient for SE to provide more FC houses than singles, since FC houses satisfy housing access for substantially more players.

There was two interviewers that claimed Yoshida said it was instanced housing, to which watching that interview multiple times I saw no evidence of this statement. Yoshida has also said things like Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley inspired the content (more accurately stated that those games are well enjoyed by the devs who are working on said content), but it would be unreasonable to expect an entire game worth of content placed into a game's subset of content (IE don't expect Stardew Valley, a game with multiple years development dedicated to specifically 'stardew content', but you might see hints of inspiration).

I believe it's possible that the content may blossom into something far greater, and I think it has already- at least with Yoshida saying the response to the announcement was better than he expected and so they held it back to work on it more. So... hopefully it comes out of the gate pretty neat, and so people will appreciate it and then we can see it grow even more.

With upgrades to the apartment system one might be able to in the future envision an instanced house connected to the island (my dream, no word of this has ever been said). So.. I've very high hopes but uh... I don't think we should expect at release that it promises the sun and delivers the galaxy :P.
