Job needs to have positionals. If you use TN even in full uptime you only have to do an actual positional like twice a minute or something insane and you kinda get to pick when you do those positionals. Could use slightly more dps too.
Personally the relative lack of positionals is one the things I like about the class. If they had none at all I'd be even happier.
