Trust System not rewarding exp to npcs on duty completion

Hello,

I have recently been working on attaining the ShB and EW dungeon pets via the trust system and in doing so have also wanted to work towards the 'Bound by Faith' and 'Bound by Hope' achievements at the same time. However, on completing both 'The Tower of Zot' and 'Holminster Switch' through the trust system, neither of my trust groups were rewarded with any experience on completion (I ran with a level 88 samurai and 78 warrior for each dungeon respectively). I cannot seem to find anything else online about this issue I am having but I do imagine it to be a bug that may require investigation. I'm not quite sure what I am doing wrong for the npcs to not be rewarded with any exp since I myself was rewarded with exp on completion. The runs are very time consuming, so I feel hesitant running any more unless I can find a solution, so if anyone has any insight please let me know - it would be much appreciated. ^^

Are you using story or exp mode?
Story mode doesn't grant exp to the npcs.

If you are in exp mode "trust" the window where you built your group will tell you beforehand how much exp the NPCs will gain.
