    PC and PS5 Issues

    I'm having issues on both the PC and PS5 versions, how ever they are different issues.

    - (PC) i haven't been able to download an update in a month or 2, i keep getting an error: [30413][25008][10009] i have tried to look into this myself and have tried everything i could find, but nothing changes.

    - (PS5) starting a few weeks ago (after having to switch to PS5 to play...) i started getting random disconnects with no error code at all, with nothing wrong with the internet itself in anyway i can find (party chat works perfect, downloads still download, music still musics, youtube still tubes and the game lets me login just fine right after the disconnect)

    any help on these issues would be very nice as its making it hard to play at all

    We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with various connection issues on the game via the Playstation 5 and Windows platforms. Please provide the following information:

    - Are you using a wired or wireless connection? If so, which ones for each platform?
    - Do you have any firewalls or anti-virus software installed on the Windows PC machine? If so, which ones do you have installed?
    - Internet Service Provider
    - Location/Region you are in (Not in game, your actual location)
    - Does the issue only happen with one specific character or time frame? Please clarify.
    - Character Name and Server affected by issue:

    - PC has Kaspersky with an exception made for FF14
    - Eastlink
    - Nova Scotia, Canada
    - I currently only play 1 character, there's no time frame its completely random
    - Shinosaki Yuuki, Balmung
