For rotation/action explanations of any class, I HEAVILY recommend watching WeskAlber on Youtube. Every expansion he goes through and updates his guides that detail every single ability of each class and recommended rotations. Sometimes I simplify his suggestions at the cost of min/maxing but his overviews are very helpful for understanding a class.
