I would really like a “reassign all” button for retainers, and the ability to que multiple ventures

It's difficult to pick just one, as many have said in here better than I could have put it.

All of the above, pretty much. Gameplay improvements, character customization is a huge one, simple QoL improvements that basically every MMO has that for some reason is impossible for this game (like being able to whisper people while in dungeons... more account-wide things like banks instead of the awkward retainers, etc.)... all important for me.

However, realistically, the game has gone all-in on fondling itself over its story. I saw the signs of it in ShB, and EW basically sealed the deal and has managed to both retroactively ruin a lot of things in the game for me and the future. I WANT to like it, but the game now has the unfortunate habit of luring me in with genuinely interesting and thoughtful ideas and concepts only to... throw them away. Thus, I went with story/lore improvements.

If I had only one thig to pick it would be Healer DPS. It's not engaging at all. The healing aspects are fine...but the DPS aspects are beyond terrible.

I wanted to make it more like a "Priority list". Indeed, there is more than one issue, but as you can see, I made a poll covering most of the requested stuff to see which problem would most likely be the first thing the majority would like fixed first.
