I am sick and tired of seeing threads on the so-called housing disaster. All players have had plenty of time to make an FC, grow it, and make the 3 million gil payment to acquire a small FC cottage. We don't need instance housing we need a lazy player base to get off it's azz and work for FC status to get a house and stop this illicit complaining.

FC wards are abandoned that's why I'm suggesting anyone who can make an FC ...make one, grow one, and bid on a lot.

no people that are happy with their Fc should stay happy. There are plenty of players that are not in a FC that I am taking about. I agree I should have said elicit.

I was in a active Fc and I was a crafter/gatherer and I ask to use the workshop for some mats I needed I was told no workshop is for leadership. I needed thavanairian onions to level up my chocobo and again I was told gardening is for leadership. You are saying I abused the system by making my own FC after the leadership told no can't use their stuff?

You're laying out issues that people had with housing as a system to begin with. You're not making it look any better by saying that the only way you could engage with elements of the game was to create a shell FC.

So you were in an absolutely awful FC and you never thought that it was just an horrible FC and normal FCs don't actually gate like that, instead of thinking right away: must make my own to access functions?
I get it that you're new but still, some common sense...

And like everybody says, cheating the system is no way to solve the housing situation, it only makes it worse.
