would wanting hroth/viera hats fall under glamour or character customisation?

The sad thing is that I can think of huge glaring issues that correspond to each poll option.
Story/Lore: Not happy how we were told we would be getting new adventures after 6.0 but all we have so far is an extension of the Zodiark/Hydaelyn thread with the portal to another shard. Plus the same scions again with nary a new character in sight. I also have my own personal issues with 6.0 but I'm not sure how popular those are.
Housing improvements: Self explanatory, the games been in a perpetual state of housing crisis for years and they refuse to do instanced housing which would fix it.
Glamour Improvements: Having a limited collection of glamour items and plates in general is ridiculous in 2022. What I wouldn't give if they copied the WoW system wholesale.
Gameplay improvements: The overall trend they have been taking job design lately has been pretty terrible, making things simpler and simpler for no reason. Samurai's kaiten and auto-crit changes being the most recent example, not to mention healers who have been left out to dry for literal years.
Harsher/Lenient rule enforcement: A bit hard to gauge but they definitely need to be clearer with the enforcement side of things. Their actioning as is seems to be sporadic and leads to players losing their minds (see general forums the last few weeks). But at the same time, it seems like bots are allowed to continue unabated.
Prominent Moderator/Staff present: A lot of the OTHER problems seem to stem from them just not being aware of them so more staff presence would go a long way towards helping.
Character Customization: Viera and Hrothgar
Account wide purchases: Should just be a thing, not much else to say.
Community/Social changes: They can't really control the community so I don't think there's much to say here.
Ahh yes, let's drop everything and suddenly appear in a new area without any buildup whatsoever. They have to set it up on to why we're going to new area and how. It isn't as simple as "Hey WoL, wanna see the new world?" and for us to drop everything and suddenly go on a boat ride. They need to set things up beforehand. They also DID warn us in the Live Letters that Pandaemonium and the 24-mans were going to be the "epilogues" to 6.0.Story/Lore: Not happy how we were told we would be getting new adventures after 6.0 but all we have so far is an extension of the Zodiark/Hydaelyn thread with the portal to another shard. And they could have completed that setup within the span of 5 minutes if their writers were not under the apparent obligation to include 1-2 fanservice slice of life scenes each patch. WoL goes to tavern, sees ad for a ferry to Meracydia, and goes on it. Short sweet and to the point. No need for long speeches about orphanages or catboy fanservice scenes. It's been ages since I did the unlock for FFXI's Aht Urhgan, but I remember doing maybe 1 or 2 quests before I found myself on a ferry headed across the ocean to the expansion zones. It really can be that simple.Ahh yes, let's drop everything and suddenly appear in a new area without any buildup whatsoever. They have to set it up on to why we're going to new area and how. If people want fanservice of the Scions then I highly recommend the FFXIV high school manga. Apparently they just released their beach episode equivalent and Zenos took his shirt off and his fans went rabid over that earlier, forcing it into my sector of twitter where I am usually safe from their repeated antics. Contain that sector of the playerbase over there and let's have an actual story in the main game that respects our time by not forcing those kinds of scenes onto us.
You cannot hope to retain those of us who are here for story and those of us who are here for gameplay with the current direction of both. Red flags popping up on either side doesn't make for a good experience, and instead of excitement my anticipation for the next round of patches leans more towards concern. I know AST might apparently get a rework soon too-are they seriously going to ruin the only healer I can stand to play long-term and then give me a scene of G'raha Tia eating ice cream cones in the Void on top of it? Dragoon apparently is on the list of things to "fix" too, I can't wait to see what logic will underpin the potential decision to remove their jumps or something.
Patch 6.1 has undermined people's confidence in the game across various aspects that we enjoy and hold dear. One can only hope that attention is paid before it is too late but it seems that chat bubbles, streamer bans, and policing pvp chats have taken priority over these other issues.

You expect them to add a base expansion's worth of areas over the course of 5 patches, and then release another base expansion with all of that when 7.0 hits? No offense, but you're a fool to expect that. Keep your expectations grounded in reality, as they cannot reasonably pull such a thing off, especially while also updating the systems and old stuff that has been in the game for years. They're going to spend the next bunch of patches setting things up where we're going to go next, while finishing up storylines that need closure from 6.0. At the end of 6.5 you can reasonably expect a farewell as we go to our next big expansion area, which will be Meracydia/New World hopefully, so we're far away from home and can technically start fresh in terms of our reputation. And they could have completed that setup within the span of 5 minutes if their writers were not under the apparent obligation to include 1-2 fanservice slice of life scenes each patch. If it helps the Endwalker is Lackluster thread is a pretty safe space for someone that wants to share their negative opinions of 6.0The sad thing is that I can think of huge glaring issues that correspond to each poll option.

vI mean...it would be nice tbh. 10+ years of development and we're still stuck with the same amount of zones, trials, alli raids, and 8 man raids. I dont htink someone is a fool to expect something more from a billion dollar company. Then again, i guess you could argue with that logic hrothgar players are fools for expecting SE to care about them and their hair when they laughed to their faces. You expect them to add a base expansion's worth of areas over the course of 5 patches, and then release another base expansion with all of that when 7.0 hits? There's more than a few people who'd agree that the 6.0 story has faults. There's one major thread in the general discussion forums that goes into depth about the 6.0 story issues, so you might find an opinion there that coincides with yours.

active stance/changes to eureka to combat the massive RMT botfarms that make pyros unplayable as a solo player.
A XIV where I can see an obvious cheater, report them, then have them be removed within the week instead of literally never would fill me with joy.
They really should not be allowed to be so prevalent in environments like Eureka where they are genuinely hindering the experience of other players by monopolizing bunnies and forcing the FATE scaling to be higher.
