    I understand you mentioned the issue has gotten slightly better on your end. If this is not the case, could you try disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Then, disable everything under this tab and restart the PC. Additionally, please let us know if the issue persists or gets worse on your end so we may assist further.

    I turned off MSI Afterburner and then I disabled everything under "Start Up" and restarted my PC. DirectX 11000002 error occurred the second I began loading into the game.

    Test your gpu using a benchmark. Superposition and furmark are great free options to see if the GPU isn't able to take a load. If it crashes, it means your gpu has an issue. There are other tests as well but do that before doing anything drastic like reinstalling your OS or using a registry cleaner.
