    @Enkidoh, IT WORKED!

    I had tried this a few times over the past few days while getting errors. The error message said, "An internal error has occured (error code: Mandatory field state not found). Please retry later."

    Mandatory field not found? Everything I entered had green ticks next to it. I filled out everything it asked me to. Let me look at this again.
    I click edit next to the payment details and notice my post code and phone number are not added to the details. Once I put those in everything went through as expected.

    Thank you again, @AngelCheese77, @Lirirawiel, @MilkieTea, @Jeeqbit and @Enkidoh! Your suggestions and helpful advice has got me back in Eorzea.

    Aw, I was too late. I had a similar problem to you some time ago. I'm still unable to subscribe to the game, but nowadays I purchase Game Time Cards from SQEX's EU website store. Am able to pay with my regular card and an EU address (had it verified if I could use my boyfriend's since my country was unavailable for selection).

    Thank you for confirming that this will likely be how I go forward. I've been wondering for the past few hours if I'll be doing the game card solution or have the ability to subscribe proper.

    Crysta also might work, but not sure if you can buy Crysta in AUS. It worked well for me when my credit card errored, though.

    AFAIK EU folk can't use crysta at all, but could be wrong

    Updating this thread in case it comes up for anyone in the future.

    The Support Team appear to have solved the issue. The most recent communication asked for the name of ISP when attempting all the above. Once the name was given, a day later the Support Team get back to me asking to try again.

    Using Win10, Chrome and no VPN, it worked!
