Could we please get a remember my computer so I don't need to 2fa every time? A whole lot of systems out there do it, so it can be done securely. It would just make logins a bit simpler and less annoying.

Well, its not really secure if you can bypass it. That's kind of the kicker.

It takes 2 seconds to type it in, I've never found it a hassle.

It isn't bypassed if your system is remembered. It's called tokenization.

Every bit of information that could be used to identify you to the server can also be spoofed.
The 2FA used every time is as close to secure as can be reached.

I don't think you understand technically how this works. Tokenization of a 2fa authentication is very secure.
