DirectX Error 11000002

I believe I resolved the error. Tested in furmark and other benchmarks, gpu was artifacting and experiencing hiccups. Although no other game had issues, swapping to another GPU seemed to resolve the issue.

I would remove CCleaner right away, it was hacked in 2020 and 2021 and even Microsoft marked it a PUP threat. Basically malware. (Source: https://www.thespectrum.com/story/ne...re/5851344002/)

Not sure why the support moderator would even suggest it.

Because XIV support has no idea how to fix this issue, what causes it, or how to perform basic customer service to English speaking customers, so they'll just recommend busy work for weeks on end and then never acknowledge your problem was never fixed.
