Spamming "push the crystal!" when it's 2v5 during overtime, your team has more recorded progress, and the crystal is on the other side of the map.

I spent well over a whole minute playing ring-around-the-rosie with a NIN that chased me, a BRD, all the way back to my spawn. They would not stop chasing me so I just blocked their line of sight with a square pillar thing. It's sad how long they went on with it despite knowing I was just wasting their time.
Ugh teammates that do this drive me mad.I spent well over a whole minute playing ring-around-the-rosie with a NIN that chased me, a BRD, all the way back to my spawn. Cover someone being focused and chain CCed so they can pot and full heal on the spot. About to undo a full enemy team’s worth of cooldowns with two abilities, big hype. Use guard to avoid dying from 5 man redirected damage + doubled up splash
Covered player doesn’t know it stops pot from being interrupted, doesn’t notice the tether, guards while covered, and sprints out of range immediately after wasting guard to die to a stray attack
Playing PLD can be physically painful sometimes

Oh man, great topic!
There were this one MCH and one NIN who's initial plan at the beginning of every match that I was graced to share their presence in was to run straight into the enemy team and die in a second. And I don't mean overextending a guard bait or anything, they just ran in a straight line to the middle of the enemy team. It's not really that uncommon of a thing but on those jobs? I think both of those guys were in plat or diamond but can't remember. Lord knows how they managed to get even that far.
Can't forget the classic strat of just throwing a perfectly winnable match by not doing anything other than spamming good match and nice job after the enemy team wiped us. Never mind the fact that we're at like 80+ progress and they've not broken their checkpoint yet. Easiest report of my life.
Not really a strat but a fascinating phenomenon regardless are the players who hit either of those sarcasm buttons any time they die under any circumstances as if them dying is somehow something that should never happen.
Ever have a full team of 5 just get to the check point on C9 with the enemy team pushed back. There's 3 of them just respawned and the other 2 are also just about to. You'd imagine that breaking the checkpoint with 5 people in like 4 seconds and then taking on the team fight would be the correct play there especially with 4 of us right next to the crystal. No, says the ninja who's the only person close to their spawn at the moment and dives alone behind the wall to die spectacularly. Even if we wanted to dive them at that point it would've taken a few seconds for people to join him and it was obvious that we weren't going to considering the circumstances. At least we broke the checkpoint and won the overtime.
I also witnessed something amazing on my friends stream yesterday. Team's fighting on enemy spawn on C9 in a casual match. Crystals at like 98 %. Enemy team is not on crystal and is being kept in their spawn. There's a bard that could literally take a step left and move it to the goal but instead they keep plink plonking at the enemy right next to it. My friend then took it to the end but like dude, you're right there. Just win the match doofus
That's it for me for now.
