ae-8.r20.dllstx14.us.bb.gin.ntt.net , ae-1.r21.dllstx14.us.bb.gin.ntt.net, ae-5.r24.snjsca04.us.bb.gin.ntt.net are the worst ones in my experience.

If you have a few extra bucks to spare, grab a VPN. I use mudfish. Select a node closest to Sacramento, California if you can to skip past most of those NTT nodes. Besides the servers themselves being garbage, this has fixed most of my disconnecting and has reduced my overall packet losses.
Noted, i was thinking about getting one, but not sure which one or where to route it to, but now i got extra info thanks to you, so im gonna check it out.
