    Razer Naga side keys stop working ONLY WITH FFXIV.

    Since the last downtime i have started experiencing something strange.
    On my Razer Naga Pro mouse the 1,2,3 keys stop working often while running old content.
    Endwalker content I never experience any issues with it, only dungeons, trials and raids from previous expansions.
    For anywhere between 10-30 seconds at random, any press of the 3 buttons in any combination fail to register in XIV and ONLY XIV.

    I have update Razer synapse.
    I have reinstalled Razer synapse.
    I have tested if the issue happens in any other games including MMO's, It does not. Only old content in FFXIV since the last downtime.
    I have tested if my keyboard buttons still work during the issue, they do.
    During the time a button is not working i have quickly switched to notepad or Discord and tested the buttons that wont work, they work fine outside the game, upon returning too the game, they don't work anymore.
    I have checked for Hardware faults, the keys appear in perfect working order and I would expect as much since the mouse is less than 1 year old.

    I repeat. This ONLY happens in FFXIV, Only in non Endwalker dungeons, Trials and raids and has only started since the previous downtime.

    I hope this issue isn't going to be like the Patch induced ping issue that was never fixed. (Nor as far as i know acknowledged by SE)

    Not trying to diminish your fault;

    But if it helps investigate your problem further; I haven't seen this problem with my Naga Pro. I am using Synapse 3.7.429.50715, I bind Naga to Ctrl+1 -> Ctrl+12, I don't use Hypershift.

    As I said, I am not trying to diminish your fault, just hoping it's a little more of a hint to track your problem down.
