Who owns the FC house

So with the housing system lets say the FC leader and an FC member bid on a house, the member wins the lottery, is the FC leader the owner or the one who bid?

The FC owns it.

The leader controls who can do what with it, and of course the leader can kick all members too.

Good to know, SE have refused the winning house I bid on for my FC as my alt in another FC was winning bidder for that FC's house, as they claim 'I already own a house' but I'm a member not the FC Master therefore I own nothing.

That's a different question altogether though.

If you have a FC already, you can't bid on more, even if you are not the leader of the homeless FC.

Leave FC on main. Finalize FC house purchase on alt. Rejoin FC on main.

Wait a damned minute....so you're saying that my alts technically shouldn't be able to be in an fc with a house now? So what the hell happens if they move the house?(highly unlikely since housing is going to be sol forever)

I own a small FC on Spriggan with a private right next to it. All my alts and some select friends belong to the FC. That is working as intended. Relative to ownership the FC belongs to it's members and if for whatever reason the leader can't log it in the allotted time frame that ownership is transferred to another member.

How am I buying 2 on one account when I didn't start the FC and am not the FC leader? That house belongs to the FC not me I can do nothing with it.

In your situation, you own two houses, which is granted by the rules, one FC and one Personal. My wife has both a FC from years and years ago that she got when the FC owner just stopped playing the game and she also owns a personal home, but she don't own two FC houses.

From that way I am reading it, the OP owns a house FC #1 and wants to buy another house FC #2. They don't want to own a FC and a Personal, they want to skit the system and try to get a FC house for their second home since there are so many to pick from and less competition.

Owning two FC homes is against the rules, so they should stop trying to skit the rules.

All this is presuming I am reading and understand their post and the picture they posted from support.
