I'm fully agree with the OP since I watch many new players challenging it
everyday without a single drop , but I doubt SE can do that

cuz some whiner hardcore player gonna whine about how much effort they put for 7/7
so why the other player who's not 7/7 will have to do it with less effort than them and say "It's so unfair"
