[ Request ] Make all totems 100% drop

Make it either drop the weapon or drop the 1 totem.

I like this idea, make it like 20/80 weapon/totem for a drop so you get one or other but weapon still rarer, and even if they do raise cost for Ifrit/Moogle weapons to 15~20 doubt anyone would complain
